Description

Michele Fumagalli finally made it to the CrossFit Games as an individual in 2018 after several near misses at Regionals - and sitting out the 2016 to have a baby. But, her Games were cut short when she crashed on her bike a few yards from the finish line during the first event, fracturing her wrist and tearing multiple ligaments. Michele has made the transition from training like a professional athlete to training like an every day athlete. And, in her work as a registered dietitian with her consulting company Fit Plate Nutrition, she helps clients filter the noise on Instagram and blogs while focusing on the most important thing for their specific goals.
