Description
In this episode Judith Germain speaks to Sam Warner, the Autistic Interpreter, about autistic people in the corporate workplace. Sam talks about her experiences and how companies can make it easier for autistic people to thrive. They discuss whether an autistic person should disclose their autism at the interview stage and what reasonable adjustments can be made. On the flip side there are many benefits to having an 'autistic' brain and an autistic person should share these with their future or current employer. This is an interesting conversation around autism in the workplace; a realisation that good Maverick Leadership enables all employees to thrive. Listen to the rest of the conversation.
