The hero leader concept is not sustainable, and Stan explains how servant leadership is supposed to work. Judith and Stan discuss the 3 dimensions of burnout and how low level depression can occur within Socialised Mavericks. When people disconnect from their mission this can cause cognitive distortion. Cognitive distortion can make it easy to become overwhelmed by all the pain in the world.
