Less stress = better sex drive. Stress puts you in fight or flight mode, and then libido and sex drive takes a major backseat in your body, your hormones, and your mind. Without question, meditation is one of if not THE MOST powerful way to lower your stress levels.Meditation boosts beneficial hormones. For example, DHEA is a critically important hormone in our body with wide ranging effects.
