Description

The plaintiff says the defendant had a secret affair with the plaintiff’s husband of 46 years. She’s suing this woman for emotional distress and mental anguish. The defendant says she met the plaintiff’s husband 20 years ago when he was having an affair with her friend, but she denies ever being involved with him. She’s countersuing for harassment. 
Then, the plaintiff says he sold the defendant a pickup truck and the guy promised to pay him monthly, but he keeps making excuses. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says he bought the truck because the plaintiff’s business partner promised to hire him for a lot of work, but that never happened.
