The plaintiff says the defendant had a secret affair with the plaintiff’s husband of 46 years. She’s suing this woman for emotional distress and mental anguish. The defendant says she met the plaintiff’s husband 20 years ago when he was having an affair with her friend, but she denies ever being involved with him. She’s countersuing for harassment.

The defendant says he bought the truck because the plaintiff’s business partner promised to hire him for a lot of work, but that never happened.
