The way we've been brought up to lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight, and work out all supports the MALE body and has been applied to us as "small men."
But we're not small men. Our hormones and metabolism changes throughout the phases of our menstrual cycle, and if you're not adapting your movement to support each phase, it leads to the problems mentioned above.
So I brought on Laura Torbett, the Creator of the Lunae Collective, a roadmap of phasic workouts for menstruators. Laura is a movement enthusiast whose mission supports women from menarche to menopause with cycle-friendly movement practices.
