​​Olivia Bolt is a mix between a Somatic Healer and a Mindset Coach with many years of experience in the field coaching others and a lifetime of experience working on herself. Her methodology is called Empowered Patterns, and it focuses on the correlation between our gut-brain axis, our beliefs, and why it’s so hard to do the things we say we want to do for ourselves. She has recently gone through a traumatic spiritual awakening and is here to share her story in an effort to help others.
