She also sees patients in a private therapy practice treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders and trauma.She has been speaking on topics related to mental health and well-being for over 10 years and focuses on balancing insight and action to create meaningful and sustainable change. Her specialties lie in communication, boundary setting, distress tolerance, forgiveness (self and others) and cognitive reframe and empowerment.
