To kick us off for Part 1, Jason Currie shares his race nutrition plan that resulted in a 51-minute PB! It was the first time Jase has ever had a plan, developed as part of the Triathlon Nutrition Academy program. It’s perfect for Jase and what he needed.
When I work with a triathlete on their race nutrition, we develop a plan that’s customised specifically to them and their race. No two plans are ever the same. There is no one size fits all and there is certainly no generic.
