To do that, we can't just take Vitamin C and think we are good to go! We need to adjust our diet and lifestyle by removing inflammatory and irritating foods & substances, and also adding in healing, nutrient-rich foods and supplements along with critical lifestyle pieces like sleep, stress management and movement.Over the past few days, many of my clients and Instagram followers have been reporting that they have been emotionally eating more than usual.
