It prevents us to live the lives we truly want. Kari Keith emphasizes that we have a choice. Mindsets can change. We can overcome our limiting beliefs. As a health coach, Kari discovered that even with all the nutrition advice she gives her clients, progress is difficult if they don't believe they can change their habits. It prompted her to dive deeper into psychology and mindset. From building an inner dialogue to sacred self-journaling, Kari provides ways for her clients to commune with themselves better. She aims to help more people grow in self-understanding and develop a stronger sense of self.Quick Guide:2:23 Kari Keith’s background5:13 How we develop our limiting beliefs14:00 What is it that moment that make us want to change24:41 Sacred self-journal28:37 From being sick to getting out of that cycle30:39 Dealing with the doubt monster34:05 Building the inner dialogue45:56 The emotional process involved48:57 The commonalities of people who reach outGet to know our guest:Kari Keith started with health coaching, but has now focused to help people especially women break free from their limiting beliefs.
