In February of 2018, Danielle adopted a real-food, low-carb, high fat (keto) diet and began incorporating fasting (intermittent and prolonged). She can maintain a comfortable weight, and her skin is flawless. Danielle's periods are regular, and her PMS & cramps vanished. Danielle doesn't even bloat before my period anymore! After graduating as an NTP, Danielle decided that her mission is to help women discover and improve their blood sugar issues. Research suggests that 1 out of 3 adults has prediabetes. [00:25] Why Danielle Decided To Become A Health Practitioner Growing up, Danielle would eat the standard American diet, she loved processed carbs, and she loved breakfast foods. Sadly, Danielle was always spitting up - she had eczema, ear infections and needed to get her tonsils out. After removing her tonsils, Danielle developed tons of allergies and asthma. Sadly, she didn’t realize that tonsils were part of her immune system. Unfortunately, Danielle was getting five allergy shots three times a week! When there are insulin levels in the blood, your body is becoming resistant to it. Intermittent fasting is a really great way to help to lower insulin levels.
