    Sensei Paul David has always been passionate about adding value to the lives of people. Apart from his training and expertise, his rich experience installs him as the best person to write this book. In 2017, he was hit by a truck and knocked unconscious while riding his bicycle. Indeed, he protected his head and center-line before impact. Nonetheless, he was left with intense back pain after surviving That started disturbing his sleep.

    Just like any other person, David sought solutions to the problem. He saw a neurosurgeon who told him that he was a candidate for spinal surgery. Nonetheless, he decided not to choose that option.

    He was determined to find another alternative that would help him solve the problem without surgery. He tried conventional methods, such as spinal injections and acupuncture, alongside other treatments and therapies. Unfortunately, none of them worked in the long run. Therefore, he had to learn to treat himself through some techniques he discovered.

    Don’t get the thinking wrong - there’s no magic potion here. This book is about the strategies and techniques David learned that helped him to start sleeping like a baby again. So, if you have been suffering from insomnia, this book is for you. David knows what it feels like when every area of your life is malfunctioning because you are not getting quality sleep.
