    INTRO

    There is a significant chance that the greatest known intelligent species that has ever existed in this cosmos are the humans on our planet Earth. Every human being is distinct in at least one way from others; we have been living in this world for thousands of years, yet this is a short period of time in comparison to the existence of our planet, Earth, and the known universe. I'd really like to express my gratitude to everyone who inhabits this earth and survives in the current timeframe. This book is about how wonderful human life is as well as how much you should cherish the life you have. I strive to improve your perception of how lovely this human existence is in every possible way. We humans talk about the life of a person, living or non-living things, here in this book I would like to talk about the life of the living.

    It is our pleasure to have been born in this beautiful planet as humans, so let's not spend it on meaningless activities and waste our short time that we have. Quit believing that life will be simple and that someone will come to you to rescue at tough times. Life is not a fictitious movie in which a superhero emerges to save you while you are drowning in issues. When your pockets are empty, everything you see outside looks like money. Similarly, when you are not enjoying the beauty of your own life, all you see is the happiness of others. True happiness comes from within, and it may be as simple as a change in your routine, but it becomes the happiest time in your life. A joyful lifestyle is not an aim but rather a necessary aspect of human life.

    Join me on the journey known as The Life of a Life to unwrap the true happiness in you and emerge with a new self. Living the life that you want may or may not make you happy but living life to the fullest will definitely make you happy.

    I believe reading this book to the end will give you the confidence to deal with life more effectively. This book will try to awaken the inner spirit that you hide from mechanical life.

    My name is life, and this is my life, as well as the life of million other people. Life teaches everyone innumerable lessons to everyone, but it is difficult to grasp them when they are being taught, and you rely heavily on them afterwards. The majority of individuals have no idea what life is all about and they live life by seeing others. Life is not a factory where you were put here to labor your entire life in order to make something better than the person next to you. Life is never a race to win or lose, but rather a lovely adventure.

    This book will help you live a more peaceful and joyful life by reminding you of a few easy guidelines. There is no scale for evaluating life because each person's life is unique in its own way. People no longer live their lives as they wish; instead, events, emotions, egos, expectations, comparisons, and attention-seeking continuously alter and stress their lives. Sometimes the effort you put into something you enjoy is more rewarding than the result. Whatever it is, do it and go on with your life. Bear in mind that gratifying your spirit is more important than pleasing society. Society is not a court of law where laws for individual lives are enforced. Living in your comfort zone puts you in danger because you are more likely to comply with expectations. Instead of living a routine mechanical life, try new experiences that make you uncomfortable, such as visiting strange places, meeting strangers, or attempting new hobbies, which will make your life more challenging and active.

    Throughout my life, I have encountered numerous challenges in every aspect of my life. In the past, I have been in situations where I was extremely joyful, blessed, tension-free, and career-oriented, as well as in situations where I was severely broken, having financial difficulties, mental pressures, bad health, and being socially depressed. Along with that, I've noticed how I've evolved from one sort of person to another. I discovered myself as a new person after five hard years. During this process, I learned a lot of new things that made my life better. And this information can be employed for the rest of my life to help me live a happy existence. Later, I decided to share my experiences with everyone about life and how to live it to the fullest. Because knowledge improves as it is shared, I'd like to offer some principles that may help you become a happier person.

    But how can I share the knowledge with as many people as possible so that it can possibly be remembered for a while? The only medium I could find was a book, which not only has a longer shelf life but also has the capacity to change someone who has the capacity to change the world.

    How much my words will motivate the readers, the first question arose from within: how would anyone consider taking it, as this is not the first book about life that is coming into the market? All these questions and confusions threw me into a state of thoughtlessness, but then I took it in a positive light and confined myself to going ahead and doing it. As I was trying to relax my brain, I opened my phone and started playing music. I listened to several songs and felt relaxed. It occurred to me that the purpose of music is to relax, which may not be achieved by listening to the same song all the time; each song has a different tune, a different lyric, and a different voice. Then I realized that if I could listen to different music albums that all aimed for the same end, why couldn't I express my feelings about living a happy life? Since everyone has a turning point in their lives, whether positive or negative, that molds them into a new person, I felt this book could influence someone's life in a positive way and help them live their life to the fullest.

    My intention is to help you understand the meaning of your life and how to live it, not to make you change your ways or force you to live a beautiful life. I firmly believe that no one will become rich simply by reading a book. In order to succeed, one must put forth the mental effort necessary to pursue their goals. This book will only show you how to live your life to the fullest using the resources you already have. Unlike conventional techniques, I would not ask you to keep notes, plan everything, change your lifestyle, or follow rules to make your life joyful. All you need in your life journey is a check list, but why do we need a check list for a pleasant voyage?

    People won't change based on the inputs that they receive from outside. People do change based on the inputs that come from inside.

    Have you ever travelled by car, rail, aeroplane, bus, or another comparable vehicle? If so, what factors do you examine before beginning your journey? It might be anything like the distance to be travelled, the time required, the gasoline in the car, a qualified driver, and the best route to transport you to your destination. It all depends on whether you drive or take public transit. If you are driving, you must complete the check list; otherwise, the driver will do it. A check list is required here in order to make the trip smooth, enjoyable, and on schedule. Similarly, to have a great journey in your life, you must have a mandatory check list. However, you may pick the mode of travel, where, how, when, and for how long; likewise, you choose your life and how you want to move forward.

    How we apply the above principles in life in order to achieve the result.

    It means first you identify your problem which is stopping you to live a happy life, then analyze it with its root cause, what could be the solution, and what if there is no solution. Finally apply the methods in life that you learned in analysis.

    The purpose of this book is to find the root cause of the problem that is making you unhappy and fix it so that you can live life to the fullest. Like a doctor who examines a patient's problem, determines the root cause of the illness, and then treats it to heal, in this instance the doctor applied his knowledge of the human body to the patient based on his experience. Similarly, people like philosophers, monks, philanthropists, and people who are successful in life are lecturing on how to live a happy life based on their life experiences. On the same path, I got a chance to express my views and experiences with others to help them live life to the fullest by imparting some principles from my knowledge.

    FIRST STEP

    In everyone’s life, there will be an important step to take, and it all depends on whether you become happy or unhappy, successful, or unsuccessful, profit or loss, and achieve or lose. The outcome might be anything, but the first step you take can be a life-changing decision. So, if you truly want to live a happy and full life, this book might be your first step. If you become happy as a result of this book, then I have succeeded in changing someone's life; if not, I tried my best to help someone to take their first step towards happiness in life.

    Sometimes this first step will happen without our awareness, and we start a new journey towards something we hadn’t planned on. But then you will notice the difference in you and recognize the new you.

    Nobody wants to alter their style of life or their habits by listening to someone or reading a book. Only the subconscious mind has the ability to make changes in anyone's life. Assume I am sitting on a bench, and a random group of people has approached me and asked me to stand up. If my subconscious mind does not want me to stand up, no one can compel me to do so and whole my body energy will come together to defend me from standing up; yet, if my subconscious mind decides to stand me up, my brain sends signals to my legs and all of my bodily parts, allowing me to stand up. So, the ability to change someone's life must come from within, not from outside. If you want to change your life, then let your subconscious mind decide.

    If you want to heal from any disease, first you should know exactly what the problem is. Treating a disease that is not present in your body is of no use.

    Think about any problem you might be having, categorize it, and decide whether it fits the scenario described above. This book addresses all four types of challenges and tries to give you the best possible help you need to deal with them effectively and live your life to the fullest. Life will not offer everyone everything; it is a reality that even the richest person in the world, as well as the poorest guy, will not be happy. You may have something in your life that even the wealthiest person does not have, and the wealthy person may have something you do not. It applies to everyone since the desire to obtain something will always exist in humans. Life is more enjoyable when you balance what you have with what you want.

    Life balance may be achieved through learning to adapt to each scenario that arises in life. Assume you keep your enthusiasm limited and modest when happiness, success, and fortune arrive in your life. This climb in life will constantly instill pride, dignity, and ego in you, which will be problematic when you confront adversity or issues in life. Similarly, you should keep your self-confidence and optimistic attitude in check when your life is full of issues and troubles. Everyone has to accept life as it is, whether it is better or worse. The absence of one will not diminish the importance of the other. You won't understand the significance of happiness if you haven't experienced any difficulties. You will not understand the essence of light if there is no darkness. You will not understand the value of success if there is no failure. You will not understand the need for war if there is no conflict between two parties. You won't understand the worth of good if there is no such thing as terrible. So, balancing both of these in your life will allow you to experience life to the fullest.
