    PREFACE

    The book you are about to read is a tool for personal transformation. It is a means to assist you in becoming more self-aware. Becoming more conscious and aware of yourself propels you in the direction you are meant to go.

    Many people live below their level of consciousness, which leads to confusion and potential errors in their lives. When you choose to live more consciously, you will see the bigger picture and make choices that are in alignment with your true inner self.

    I wrote this book in order to assist you to become more aware and apply that awareness to decision making in your daily life. My intention is not to transform you completely but to give you the tools to make choices for yourself.

    We live in a world that is very distracting and overwhelming at times. Sometimes people have such bad experiences they shut down and retreat deep within themselves. This results in them shutting off new experiences and they begin to waste away.

    Life is meant to be lived. This book will help you do that. If you have suffered in this lifetime, you have the ability to overcome the experience. Life is just that—experience. It is meant to continuously move and flow throughout your lifetime.

    We are all aware of the phrase wasted life. Have you ever stopped to think what that really means? There is no such thing as a wasted life. Life is precious and is a gift we have all been given. It is the gift of experience, and we are all allowed to choose for ourselves how we want to unwrap it.

    Most people never live their lives to their upmost potential. But that does not mean it was a waste of time. The point is to remember that you have a choice whether to live or not and how to create what you want to experience. It is that simple. You must give time and attention to yourself and those around you. Always look for signs and clues of where to go next.

    Think of your life as a grand symphony where you are both the composer and conductor. Life truly is a stage and you are the star. It is time to start acting like one.

    INTRODUCTION

    Do you ever wonder why people grow old? Many people would say that it is in our biology, and we simply cannot help it. Others believe that we have no control over our own bodies or our aging process. What if I told you that you do have control and that you can direct your body and mind to stay young forever? Is this true or is it just an expression of a wish or a desire to stay young? Perhaps it is a bit of both.

    Inevitably our bodies will age, and we will die. However, the rate at which our bodies will age can be influenced by our minds. The evidence is all around us. If you were to place ten people in a line who were all the same age, it is likely that those people would not all look the same. Some would look younger and some older. Is this due to some random event? Does aging simply happen? Are we are at the mercy of our genetic make up or is there something more? Is there something we can do to preserve ourselves in such a way that we look more youthful and vibrant than our chronological age? I say there most definitely is.

    There is a lot of information in society today that talks about health and how to stay young. So how is this book going to be different? Why would you waste your time reading yet another person’s opinion on how to take care of yourself? Well, this book is different. It will help you discover your own unique personal combination to unlocking the secret of staying young forever. No single formula will work for everyone. What may keep someone else looking young and vibrant may do the exact opposite for another and cause them to age even quicker. Personal choice and diversity has to be taken into account when creating the right plan for you.
