The Dukan Diet is simply a lifestyle food plan designed to help you lose weight quickly and healthily. This diet usually includes high protein, low carbohydrate and moderate fat. Since the diet is low in carbohydrates, your body is forced to start burning fat when it is not getting enough carbohydrates for energy.
