For a short period of time you cut out carbs and fat but the Dulan diet makes it easy and, if you can make a diet easy to do, people will stay on it. By the time you're done with this program, you can eat whatever you want, except one day a week. One day a week you will be back on the strict diet. If you do that, you will not gain weight.
A Method for Losing and Stabilizing your Weight in Phases
Essentially, it's a four-phase, high-protein, low-calorie diet plan. There's no weighing foods or counting calories. You eat as much as you want, at any time of day - as long as what you're eating is lean protein, at least initially.
