Actionable Insight: Next, pick up a routine you usually follow in your life. For example, consider a habit like checking social media: The stimulus can be as simple as boredom; the routine is scrolling down the timelines, and the reward can be just momentary relaxation or distraction.
Role of Habits in Achievement
By acquiring routines, rituals, productivity and eventually the joy of winning are formed. Successful people make their goals true because of the good habits that have created.
