There is no doubt that you have come across a lot of motivational books in your life. In fact, it is almost a sure thing that you know a few witty quotes yourself, and have used the same more than once. Perhaps, you are bored of the whole charade; perhaps you consider the ‘success’ quotes hackneyed and maybe just a tad cliché. Well, if that is the case, you can rest assured that you are not alone. There are millions of others who are as fed up with the motivational talk business as much as you are.
It’s often said that success is merely a summation of incremental steps taken over a definite period. This is true. Whatever feat achieved by any human can be traced to the very moment he or she decided to put into practice lessons learned over time. Truth be told, some of those principles and practices may be as old and hard worn as they come. If you were to employ the patterns and processes followed by these individuals, would you be able to replicate their success stories too?
The aim of this book is to give you answers to the above questions and more. One thing has been established, and that is the fact that it is possible for one to turn their lives around simply by living by a particular set of codes. Habits Are Powerful
Habits are the choices we make automatically and without thinking, every day of our lives. They determine how we go about our daily lives; from the way we eat, to how we dress, how we sleep at night and how we exercise. Every one of the habits we portray has a catalyst peculiar to it and produces a different outcome all together. While some are relatively straightforward, others have a more complicated nature which involve emotional triggers and engage subtle neurochemical reward systems.
However, all habits, regardless of their simplicity or complexity are subject to modifications. This explains why it's possible for addicts to overcome their addictions, dysfunctional groups to become whole, and even the vilest of offenders to become a good member of society.
