As the title suggests, this book is a book of blogs. Some of these blogs are prophesies, some are for your encouragement, but they all have things in them that can advance your learning if you will let them. Winner has been studying the Bible for more than thirty-five years, but he is still growing and learning, the Holy Spirit is his guide and teacher.
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you,
(John 14:26 New Living Translation).
I’m still growing and learning, so are you. So, if something that I have written here does not agree with your theology don’t get riled, just pray and think about it.
It’s 1-1-23, happy first. Today is the first of the week, the first of the month and the first of the year, and it could be the first time someone realizes that if they are in Christ (anointed like Jesus with the Holy Spirit) they are a new creation all together.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
(2 Corinthians 5:17 New International Version).
The old that is gone is the sinful nature and the new that has come is the nature of the Son of God, you share in His nature.

Suppose I had given you a copy of my wonderful WHATEVER. If you, after reading that I had given you that WHATEVER you asked me for it, and asked me for it, and asked me for it again. Don’t you know that you are telling me that you don’t really believe that I had already given it to you? I might be inclined to take that WHATEVER back.
’He himself bore our sins’ in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; ‘by his wounds you have been healed.,’
(1 Peter 2:24 New International Version).
‘By his wounds you have been healed,’ this is one example, Jesus gave us His WHATEVER-healed us: we don’t have to ask for it when we feel sick, all we have to do is quote His word and receive it. And speak of Jesus and obedience to Him, today, to someone else.

1+2=3, 3-1=2. The 1 is the problem and the 2 is the solution. 1*2=2, 1 is not there anymore. Now, which would you rather: either way the 1 is removed. The message here is that once you have received the solution stop talking the problem. Once you have been prayed for, with the solution, if you continue talking the problem (as if it was still your problem) you are saying that you didn’t receive the solution. Doing that shows a lack of trust in God’s word, you are leaning on your own understanding saying that the solution doesn’t come until the manifestation, that’s wrong.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding,
(Proverbs 3:5 New International Version).
Trust God that when the solution is prayed, the solution takes over and is there.
------
Mentally changing is hard, ask God and He will help and direct you. God knows that and He does not expect you to become a mighty person of His word (a mental giant) overnight, it may take many years but if you don’t start now {with your words} it will never happen.
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right,
(2 Timothy 3:16-17 New Living Translation).
------
Is God on your side? Many years ago I was having trouble with my roommate, so to avoid any further arguing I went for a walk. I asked God, ‘Are you on my side?’ He replied, Wrong question, the right question is; Are You, Winner, on My side?
Joshua went up to him and asked, ‘Are you for us or for our enemies?’ ‘Neither,’ he replied, ‘but as commander of the army of the LORD I have now come,’
(Joshua 5:13b-14 New International Version) read the full verses.
The only reason He would be on your side is if you are on His, doing all that He wants you to do. So, before you ask that question check yourself, are you doing all that He called you to do?
------
Was He the Christ from birth, can you show proof? The word christ means anointed (English definition) and Messiah (Hebrew). Jesus was the Son of God from birth,
The angel replied,
The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God," (Luke 1:35 New Living Translation).
When Jesus was baptized in water He also received the baptism-anointing in the Holy Spirit, that is when Jesus became the Christ. So, when a man or woman who has made Jesus their Lord receives (by asking for) the baptism-anointing in the Holy Spirit they become of Christ, or Christians. So, today, speak of Jesus and obedience to Him to someone else.

From Mark 16:17-18 you might get the idea that the believer will do these things, and the believer will; but not alone.
And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well,
(Mark 16:17-18 New International Version).
Truth be known, these are works of the Holy Spirit. But no s(S)pirit can do anything in the physical without a physical creature to work though. So, when He is needed to heal the sick He wants to use you to lay hands on them, if that’s the method He chooses to use. When He is needed to drive out a demon He want to use you to use the name of Jesus and speak. He will help you in your prayer life with unknown tongues but He wants you to speak them out. He needs you to trust Him. So, today, speak of Jesus and obedience to Him to someone else.

Many years ago God gave me a challenge (a directive) to read the four gospels plus the book of Acts three times in a month but to do it in three different versions of the Bible. He has done this to many people, whether they have lived up to the challenge or not I don’t know. One night at about 10:00 I was sitting on my bed in my pajamas reading the Bible and a friend called me from a town 17 miles away, his car had broken down and he needed a ride. So, I didn’t object, I told him that I would be there in a short while and I got up, got dressed and drove up there to get him. I realized later that it was because of this challenge, I was just reading this verse,
So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.,
(Matthew 7:12 New International Version).
He was also a bit hungry and I just happened to have a bag of potato chips in my car. So, if God gives you a directive (challenge) to do something like He did me, don't argue Just do it, you will grow mightily.
------
It works by love, if there is no love then faith cannot work. Over 30 years ago before the operation that kept me alive I died; I was out for, at least, 20 minutes. I know I was in heaven; the first thing that many people ask about that is ‘What did you see?’ Well, ya see, that tells God that they won’t believe until they see, and that’s not God’s way.
"Trust in and rely confidently on the LORD with all your heart And do not rely on your own insight or understanding," (Proverbs 3:5 Amplified Bible).
God wants you to trust Him (have faith and rely upon His wisdom), not because you see but because He said; He doesn’t lie. If you have to see it first then your faith is null and void
For we walk by faith, not by sight,
(2 Corinthians 5:7 New International Version).
------
It’s a must for everyone who calls himself a Christian. What I mean is not asking Jesus to forgive you, which is necessary, but you forgiving others. It is a forgone conclusion that no one can live a life without ever sinning against someone at various times, that doesn’t mean that they are sinners (living in sin), and they need your forgiveness.
But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins,
(Mathew. 6:15 New International Version).
I like building bridges, then God showed me that building bridges equates to forgiveness, you’re rebuilding a friendship. Sometimes you have to forgive the hardest person to forgive; YOURSELF.
------
The other night I asked God about what we should study for the Bible study. He said to be attentive to His word and the answer will come, and it did. So, today I want to talk about being attentive to His word, or being alert and ready to listen to Him when He speaks to you.
Guard your steps as you go to the house of God, and approach to listen rather than to offer the sacrifice of fools; for they do not know that they are doing evil,
(Ecclesiastes 5:1 New American Standard Bible).
God may speak to you while you’re in the shower or eating a meal so be ready to listen.
------
"So from now on we regard no one from a human point of view [according to worldly standards and values]. Though we have known Christ from a human point of view, now we no longer know Him in this way. Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]. But all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ [making us acceptable to Him] and gave us the ministry of reconciliation [so that by our example we might bring others to Him], that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting people’s sins against them [but canceling them]. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation [that is, restoration to favor with God]. So we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making His appeal through us; we [as Christ’s representatives] plead with you on behalf of Christ to be reconciled to God," (2 Corinthians 5:16-20 Amplified Bible).
This, kind of, makes you want to do everything that Jesus said to do, whether it is necessary for getting to heaven or not, because you want to please the One who sent you and you want to portray Him to everyone you meet.
------
I hate this, but there are too many people out there living in opposition to the message of the cross, some even claim to be believers; they’re headed for the worst rude awakening, and to their minds they are fine although their minds are on worldly things,
(from Phil. 3 Steadfast in Honor).
Even today people claim to be believers (they have heard about Jesus although they don’t know Him) to keep the Christian witnesses ‘off their backs’ but they are in grave trouble by doing so.
------
Just be yourself, but who is yourself?
In fact, anyone who is in Christ (anointed like Jesus) he is a brand new person all together; he is not a sinner anymore because that old nature is dead and the person has a new nature!
(2 Cor. 5:17 Steadfast in Honor).
So, is the real you that you should be revealing the newly created person (the person with the nature of a saint of God) or is the real you a sinner? Do you know the real you? Maybe you need to come to grips with who the real you is? Don’t be a fake you and don’t try to be who you are not. Reveal the real you.
------
I just heard something that I didn’t agree with, but rather than make a big deal out of it and argue until I was blue in the face God told me to hold my tongue. Later, God and I talked about it.
Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool,
