    Chapter One

Steve wasn’t able to log into his game for three days. Each time he tried he got a strange error. There was no point in reporting it to the support team. He knew it was Scarlet Hero keeping him from logging in and trying to stop whatever he was planning.

What could Scarlet Hero be doing with Herobrine? What was Scarlet Hero’s ultimate goal? He wanted to rule over Minecraft and be the most powerful character. He had already proven that he was stronger and more powerful than anything Steve had ever seen before.

Steve wasn’t sure how he could stop someone so powerful. There had to be a weak spot somewhere. There had to be a way to get Scarlet Hero out of the world he had built for himself and into the regular game world. He was sure if they could manage that, then Herobrine could regain his powers. Steve and Herobrine could work together to take him down.

Steve hovered near the food. His hunger meter was almost empty and his inventory was now empty. The pork chops and milk looked normal enough. They didn’t look like the cakes and other sweets that had been littered around the rest of the world that Steve had seen. He ate them and waited for something bad to happen. Nothing did, however. His hunger meter refilled.

Then he looked around. He yanked on the bars but they didn’t budge. He tried to peer through the doors to see down the hallway but he could only see more cells.

Hello? he whispered, wondering if anyone else was there.

There was no reply. Steve had to figure out how to get out of here. He sat down on the bed and looked around. There had to be a way out. Everyone, like Herobrine and Scarlet Hero, had been thinking outside the box and that was what Steve had to do too.

He closed his eyes and tried to reach out to connect with Herobrine but he instantly knew he it wasn’t going to work. It felt as if there was some sort
