    BISCOTTI! Those twice-baked Italian cookies that are perfect for dipping in coffee or tea. They come in so many flavors—almond, chocolate, citrus, you name it. Have you tried making them yourself.

    500g all-purpose flour

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    230g icing sugar

    Zest of 1 orange

    3 large eggs

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    100g dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

    100g chopped almonds or walnuts (optional)

    70g  corn oil

    1 teaspoon Baking soda

    1 Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    2  Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt ,chocolate chips,almond,and Baking soda,Except sugar and , orange zest.

    3  Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs , vanillaextract ,sugar and orange zest. together.

    4  Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.

    5 Shape the Dough: Divide the dough in half. On a floured surface, shape each half into a log about 12 inches long and 2 inches wide.

    6  Bake: Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for about 25 minutes until they are firm to the touch and slightly golden.

    7  Cool and Slice: Remove the logs from the oven and let them cool for about 10-15 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). Using a sharp knife, slice the logs into 1/2-inch slices diagonally.

    8  Second Bake: Place the slices back on the baking sheet cut-side down and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they're dry and lightly golden.

    9  Cool Completely: Remove from the oven and let the biscotti cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, they're ready to enjoy the delightful combination of chocolate and orange flavors!

    These biscotti will make a fantastic accompaniment to your morning coffee or an afternoon tea. The blend of chocolate, orange zest, and nuts (if included) creates a wonderful taste sensation in every bite!

    2 Combine the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl, mixing thoroughly until creamy.

    3 Gradually incorporate the eggs, followed by the flour and salt, blending them together until well combined.

    4 Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow it to rest.

    5 Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll
