White chocolate & berry cheesecake slice

250g plain sweet biscuits
125g unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs
¾ cup (165g) caster sugar
155g white chocolate, chopped
500g cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1½ cups (225g) frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon cornflour

1 Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan. Grease a 20cm x 30cm rectangular slice pan; line base and long sides with baking paper, extending the paper 5cm over the sides.

Process biscuits until fine. Add butter;
