Serving 1 bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa, Egg
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mixed berries, and chopped nuts.
