PEANUT BUTTER & RASPBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

PREP 5 MINS (+ OVERNIGHT SOAKING) SERVES 1 (AS A BREAKFAST)

80g frozen raspberries
50g rolled oats
150ml water
1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp no-added-sugar-and-salt peanut butter

1 Put the raspberries, oats and water in a small jar or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge overnight to chill.

2 To serve, add the maple syrup to the oat mixture. Top with the peanut butter.
