()
About this ebook
Do you know what it feels like to be truly productive?
To have a sense of accomplishment when you wake up in the morning?
To feel good about yourself because you made progress?
If you're like most people, you know what you need to do to achieve your goals, but something always seems to get in the way. Maybe it's resistance- the fear of failure or the unknown, perfectionism, or self-doubt. Whatever it is, it's holding you back from reaching your potential.
It's true that most of us have days when we just can't seem to get anything done. But what if there was a way to overcome resistance and feel good about yourself even as you're working hard (or hardly working)?
With Productive Procrastination, getting things accomplished becomes easier than ever before. Instead of being passive or aggressive towards your goals for the day (which usually means "nothing" is happening), you're actually using procrastination to get things done.
With Productive Procrastination, you will:
Learn how to get more done in less time.
Stop procrastinating and start succeeding.
Finally, take control of your life.
Stop feeling guilty and ashamed about your lack of productivity.
This tiny guide will assist you in hacking your inner resistance so that you can tick the boxes, get sh*t done, and feel great about yourself in the process!
*This book is appropriate for young adults (16+) and grown-ups (18+) of all ages.

INTRODUCTION
Let me set the record straight, once and for all.
It's impossible to stop procrastinating.
Trying to stop procrastinating is like trying to keep the sun from setting or raindrops from falling. You might as well try and catch a leprechaun while you’re at it.
There's a reason why the majority of us suffer from procrastination. It's like a cruel lover that just won't let us go.
Why does procrastination have such a hold on us?
There are a few theories, which we will cover in the first chapter of this book. But maybe we are hardwired to avoid discomfort.
