Why and for what?
To know exactly where your dreams come from, to understand what you want, where you are going, and where it will lead you. Track your progress, see your aspirations, changes. Realize what layer of work still remains to be overcome before life becomes the way you want it to be, and you will become a person whom you will be proud of, admire and respect. Think, because he – the future you – started from the moment where you are now, look at what he has, and imagine how he used all the opportunities available to him. It's up to you how great he is. I think he knows exactly what he wants, how to achieve it, and how to allocate time, goals and how to plan his actions.

Goals for the year, month, week and every lazy day.
Oh, certainly not a lazy day.
Constant planning, following strictly set points, categorical attitude towards completing assigned tasks is both a way to gain and maintain control over your own life and time, and a slightly frightening, slightly paranoid desire to achieve and keep everything in your own hands. Setting goals for yourself for the year without knowing where you will be tomorrow? Pure madness! Planning ahead for the whole month? Where is the time for recklessness, spontaneity, slow life with all its surprises and surprises?! Goals for the week? This is definitely too much. And about every day - there’s nothing to say, let it go as it goes. The main thing is to keep the image of the final result in your head.
So be it. All this is too dreary, implausible and psychopathic. Only sick people who don’t know what a high is, don’t part with their notebooks, constantly check their schedules and schedules, and even plan a trip to the toilet, and it’s hard for them if, against their will, some interview or business meeting is delayed ...then there will be no time left to pee.
But this is not about depriving yourself of choice and ease, but on the contrary, bringing clarity and making life easier. Let these not be goals, but recommendations and wishes, and the fulfillment of each of them fills you with joy and the realization that you are one step closer to your dream, and have helped to your future self achieve everything he dreamed of. Celebrate your achievements, and notice even the small details, because they are the main components of success, and these unnoticed gears make a huge mechanism work that carries you forward, to the place where you have everything you want.
Help yourself take the first step, hint at what you would like to achieve in the coming year, and then suggest what actions you should take, and do not blame yourself for what is beyond your control, or what you had to postpone or cancel. Plans are a fickle thing, and they are not worth giving up on the fullness of life, but hints to yourself and reminders of what is important are simple things that are perceived by the brain as caring. Don’t hint, but speak plainly, because they may not understand you, or they may think that you yourself don’t know what you really need. The brain is sometimes like an incompetent teenager who has to figure out what is there and where to put it to make you feel good.
Exercises:
– Here’s exercise for you: take a notepad and pen. You write there everything that comes to mind regarding your achievements this year. Well, I don’t know: download a Portuguese tutorial, learn how to stand on your head, sing a song and write two chapters of your future memoirs. Well given.
– Exercise number two: in the same notebook, but on the reverse side (notepad or sheet - as you wish), write what you want to do for each item this month. Like search for a tutorial,
look at beautiful pictures of people doing handstands, listen to music and sing along, write a note about how you’re going to write a book. Good job.
– Shall we try to do the same thing with a week and a day? This week, do ten push-ups and find an article about how memoirs are written. And on this particular wonderful day - sing your favorite song from the cartoon and sweep

25 I want, I want
Listen to yourself, to your inner child, give him a word, let him break out and give the heat to this boring adult who is busy solving pressing problems, philosophizing and whining. Between the two of you, imagine what dreams have been sitting in your head for so long that everyone already knows them as old-timers, respectfully greets them and
They pat him on the head sympathetically, because the matter will never reach them. Let there be not twenty-five, not thirty, not ten, but a number known only to you, but they must be sincere and unrealistically incendiary. The kind of dreams that are worth the same as when you were fifteen years old, a hot neighbor, or a vintage car, or a luxury bike, Metallica and an electric guitar. This is not about goals, but
