Recipes For Vegan Beggars - M Tmin
Chickpeassweethearts
Ingredients:
– Chickpea flour
Quantity? Doesn't matter. Sprinkle as much as you eat. For example, half a glass.
– A spoonful of wheat flour, which, in principle, is not very necessary, but for insurance purposes it is desirable.
– Tomato is in season. But if it is available out of season, then chop it without sparing - it turns out juicy and rich. You can take half.
– A quarter of luxury-elite carrots.
– A champignon or two, if you happen to have those in your refrigerator. Just wash, cut and add.
– Corn, bell peppers and all that stuff are approved. Feel free to make it more like a salad than pancake batter. It tastes even better!
– Baking soda and vinegar to make it fluffy.
– A pinch of salt
How to cook? Are you still asking? Of course, you ask, this is a collection of recipes.
OK. To begin, pour all your torment and suffering into a bowl, add to this salt for the wound, spices from Greece, soda, slaked with vinegar and three-quarters of a glass of water. Of course, there may be more or less water. It’s better to start with a small dose so that withdrawal symptoms don’t start so quickly. Adding more, after all, is easier than adding flour ad infinitum. Mix everything until the lumps disappear. You can use a blender, but using a fork is somehow more reliable and more fun. When the lumps are at least half as large, throw in the vegetables, which you, of course, pre-cut. So? Stir again. Seven times clockwise, one time counterclockwise. Heat a frying pan, heat the oil. Pour the resulting mass, which is similar in thickness to soy sour cream from BiS (Russian manufacturer of vegan products), in portions or place it in a frying pan in the form of round pieces of medium thickness. Count to thirty to calm down. If you burn the first three, reduce the heat and try again. Fry on both sides. Place nicely on a plate. It may not be very beautiful, no one will see. Take sour cream, mayonnaise, bread, ketchup, any sauce you have and
