SAMYANG – CARBONARA HOT CHICKEN RAMEN

friend once described the Samyang Buldak ramen range as “psychotic” because you can feel its journey through your body centimetre by centimetre until it finally goes out the other end. Naturally, I avoided it because I do not hate myself. But the carbonara flavour is tame in comparison to others in the range – as illustrated by the cartoon chicken on the packet, scream-crying with fire shooting out of its mouth. After cooking this ramen, you hold back just enough water to emulsify it with the lava sauce and freeze-dried cheese-powder packet.
