    Cooking isn’t the cheapest of essential skills; to put together a dish that’s both healthy and within your budget isn’t easy – I know this as I was homeless, living in a tree house and surviving off the fat of the land, with only a battery-powered blender and cooker to my name to keep me company.

    But with a little help from me, you will learn a few nips and tucks that will give you that blast in the kitchen and put the wind back beneath your culinary sails! This is eBook 1 of 2, and my second book will feature more expensive dishes.

    INTRODUCTION

    Welcome to my Healthy Delicious Mouth-Watering Recipes.

    Food is sexy! Did you know that, when you take your first bite and chew on healthy delicious food, you are instantly turned on? Hence why we ‘um and ah’ and make ‘ummm’ noises! I personally rock from side to side whilst making groaning noises. Your mouth dribbles just smelling and looking at the colourful hunky steak and salad or veg in front your eyes! Healthy endorphins are released, which make you feel good. You feel good, you look good.

    My culinary skills are based on my experience with food. Growing up, my dear Mum cooked homemade meals all from fresh. I tried my first frozen microwave meal as a teenager; I was shocked and felt like I had eaten something dissatisfying as I burnt the plastic and garbage food inside!

    I believe in a weekly blow-out of take-outs, whether it’s Chinese or pizza and chocolates coming out your earholes, and I just love a good pork pie with piccalilli.

    I’m sharing with you the recipes that literally make my mouth water and will satisfy the animal in you; a hungry man or a hungry animal is a dangerous one!

    To satisfy your stomach is the answer to all your prayers. The peace, harmony and falling in love with your food is so important for Mind and Body Health.
