Hi there!
The fact that you’re reading this book shows me you’re looking for something. You most probably need a change in your life, are looking for answers, or want to believe that here you may just find what you need to reach your goals once and for all.
Well, that’s possible. I’ll share what I’ve found to work best for all of us, but the rest is all up to you.
Happiness and success are two of the topics we have in common - we all want them, and we often have the ridiculous belief that it’s really complicated to get them.
It’s not! Things are easy, there are certain steps to take, changes in your way of thinking to make, and a path to follow. But whether it’s going to be simple or not depends on your attitude.
About the book
I'm not gonna tell you to wake up early, have a morning routine or work long hours. That's another way of reaching your goals - the harder one.
It's for those who develop discipline and a few new habits with a lot of effort, but still don't have the mindset of a truly happy and successful person. Because they keep struggling, they put too much pressure in all that and at the end of the day, feel exhausted, even if they've done everything they could.
That may be considered a success in some fields, but there is no real freedom and joy in such a life.
The Internet is full of content about the habits of successful people. Maybe you know most of the things I'll write about here, but I doubt it that you've seen them all together.
It's not that you haven't heard of them. But there's something interesting I noticed some time ago:
Every single word is beautiful, so is every colour. But only when combined in the right way do they form what we call art.
So in this book I've collected all the things we do (only mentally, though, because that's where the real magic happens) that can take us to the life we desire. Each of them is absolutely achievable and the effects of learning to do it are amazing. When combined, these habits become phenomenal.
I'm talking about habits because everything we achieve comes from repeated actions. So when you've been thinking in a certain way for a long time, that’s a habit. It forms our daily life and eventually, our whole life.
Before we change our behavior on the outside, we need to first do something about the things going on in our head. After all, they become either the limitations that prevent us from moving forward and stepping out of our comfort zone, or what keeps us going no matter what.
So in this book, I’ll discuss ten powerful mental habits we can develop that will change the course of our life.
