    Especially given the spammy title.

    Just so you know, I agonised over the title for exactly that reason but then my brains trust asked me. Can someone lose weight by doing what you tell them? Has anyone ever lost weight doing this?

    And the truth is, yes, they have. Many people to my knowledge.

    I went with the spammy title because it is possible.
