My name is Amara, Im a single mom of two amazing little kidos. I share two passions, being a mom and living a fit and healthy lifestyle. I first got certified as a Personal trainer when I was about 19 years old. I started going to the gym and didn't know what I was doing, so I decided to learn. I started studying nutrition at that time as well, reading every magazine and book I could about health and fitness, and taking collage nutrition courses. I have lived a healthy lifestyle ever since; going to the gym, lifting weights, running and eating healthy. I now am able to share my knowledge and expertise with others to help them live healthier lifestyles as well. Living a healthier lifestyle isn't just about "looking good in a swimsuit", its about being able to chase your kids around, living longer/healthier lives, feeling good about yourself, increasing your energy, and being able to really enjoy life. I went to college and became a social worker for 5 years, however in 2009 I quit my job and opened my business Team Crazy Fit. Team Crazy Fit is my fitness company where I offer online and in-person personal training and meal plans. Opening my company has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, I am able to do what I love every day, and truly help others along the way. I love to help others and truly believe "the more you give, the more you will receive."
