    1.Classic Apple Pie

    Ingredients:

    ●  2 pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)

    ●  6 cups of peeled, cored, and sliced apples (use a mix of tart and sweet varieties like Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)

    ●  3/4 cup granulated sugar

    ●  2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

    ●  1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    ●  1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    ●  1 tablespoon lemon juice

    ●  1 tablespoon unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)

    ●  1 egg (for egg wash)

    ●  1 tablespoon milk or water

    Instructions:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss the mixture until the apples are evenly coated.

    Roll out one pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.

    Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly. Dot the top of the apples with the small pieces of butter.

    Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the apples. Trim any excess crust hanging over the edges and crimp the edges of the pie to seal it. You can also create a decorative crust by cutting slits or a lattice pattern on top.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk (or water) to make an egg wash. Brush the top crust with the egg wash. This will give the pie a beautiful golden color when baked.

    Place the pie on a baking sheet (to catch any drips) and bake in the preheated oven for about 45 to 55 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

    Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving. This allows the filling to set.

    Serve the apple pie warm on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delicious treat!

    2.Blueberry Bliss Pie

    Ingredients:

    ●  2 pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)

    ●  5 cups fresh blueberries

    ●  1/2 cup granulated sugar

    ●  1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

    ●  1/4 cup cornstarch

    ●  1 tablespoon lemon juice

    ●  Zest of 1 lemon

    ●  1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
