PAVLOVA WITH RASPBERRIES AND MACADAMIA CRUMBLE

3 egg whites, at room temperature
¾ cup caster sugar
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp cornflour
300ml tub thickened cream, whipped Fresh raspberries and caramel sauce, to serve
MACADAMIA CRUMBLE
¼ cup plain flour
1 tblsp brown sugar
25g cold butter, chopped
¼ cup macadamias, chopped
To make crumble, combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Rub in butter, using your fingertips, until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in macadamias.
