    Introduction

    What is hypnosis, and how does it work in practice?

    People in a hypnotic condition are more sensitive to suggestions, more focused, and more responsive than they are when they are awake. Hypnosis is a trance-like state of mind. The term hypnosis is derived from the Greek word Hypnos, which means sleep. Instead of sleeping, a person under the effect of hypnosis is described as being highly suggestible, attentive, and intensely open-minded during this level of consciousness. People under the effect of hypnosis may appear exhausted and bewildered, but the reality is that they are highly aware of everything that is going on around them.

    Even though there are numerous varieties of hypnosis, how does each one work?

    The first stage in the process of successfully rewriting or reprogramming our subconscious thoughts is to relax our conscious minds.

    To properly practice self-hypnosis, people must learn to relax both their bodies and their brains. This allows for the subconscious to be implanted with good beliefs and thoughts. This is achievable through the use of self-hypnosis. New thoughts and concepts implanted into a person's conscious mind while under the influence of hypnosis may cause the person's behavior to change over time.

    To be beneficial, whether it is self-hypnosis or hypnotherapy, one must approach the experience with an open mind. A pessimistic or fearful outlook may be damaging to one's progress.

    Why should you commit to completing a 21-day program?

    If you can speak with your subconscious mind while under the effect of hypnosis, you can reach a part of your mind that is oblivious of the difference between reality and imagination. You can then bypass your conscious mind and enter a more fundamental level of reasoning. With enough time and effort, the majority of the processes and patterns that occur in the brain may be mastered and modified. A habit might take anywhere from 21 to 30 days to change, so give yourself plenty of time to adjust.

    Your subconscious mind is like a massive sponge; it absorbs everything it comes into contact with and saves it for later use. These concepts and ideas must first become embedded in your belief system before you can successfully manifest your new world. Another way to consider the world you live in is that it is the result of your thinking.

    As a result, it is recommended that clients schedule between three and six sessions each week to receive the best results.

    Effective and safe hypnosis

    Make it a point to set a personal challenge for yourself: Before you begin practicing self-hypnosis, be sure you have a clear aim in mind. For example, you might desire to minimize your stress or lose some weight. Each meeting will be more productive as a result of this.

    Continue your practice: Just like learning to ride a bike takes time and work, mastering the art of self-hypnosis does as well. As you practice and hone your talents, you will notice an improvement in your capacity to induce trance states.     Put on some loose, relaxing clothing to help you feel more at ease at home. Unpleasant clothing, such as that which is scratchy, confining, or heavy, may make it more difficult to relax.

    To conduct an interview, choose a quiet setting that is free of interruptions, and then sit in a chair that is both comfortable and supportive. It is critical that you feel safe in this place, and you are allowed to lie down if that makes you feel better; nevertheless, resist the impulse to sleep! If you find that you need a little extra help going asleep, you may try burning candles and listening to relaxing music. Check that your phone is not turned on and then turn it off.

    Make use of all of your senses to create a calm mental happy zone. It's easy to imagine yourself having a leisurely stroll along the beach or relaxing in the middle of a flower field (if that's your thing) while surrounded by a haze of soothing hues.

    Exercise can help you feel less stressed by reducing your heart rate and relaxing your muscles, as well as improving blood circulation throughout your body. It aids concentration, allowing you to perform things more swiftly.

    If you are stressed, changing your diet to one that is higher in nutrients may help you. Eggs, green tea, salmon, and other stress-relieving foods are excellent additions to any diet, with eggs being especially beneficial.     Hello and welcome to this weight loss hypnosis, which will wire your brain into losing weight at your desired rate. Manipulating your brain in this way will help stop you from being deterred from your weight loss journey, allowing you to remain motivated to keep progressing forwards. Like always in this hypnosis, you will place yourself into a deep state of self-focus, where minimal attention is given to anything else.

    You are allowing yourself to communicate with your subconscious mind, altering its current behaviors and beliefs into ones that follow your desired life. So now, find a comfortable spot, where you can be undisturbed, so you can place your entire focus on this self-hypnosis.

    Take a deep breath in, imagining there are heavy weights on your eyelids, forcing your eyelids to close. As you continue to breathe deeply, feel how you sink deeper and deeper into the darkness behind your eyelids, becoming more and more relaxed (5- Second pause here). Now take a deep breath in for 1.2.3. Hold. Then, slowly exhale for 1. 2. 3... Inhale... And exhale... Inhale...exhale. As you inhale, notice how your rib cage moves outwards. then how it is released with your exhale.

    With every breath you take, you fall deeper and deeper into relaxation. Inhale... And exhale... Inhale… Exhale. Now, shift your focus to your nose. Feel the flow of air moving through it, noticing the warmth as you exhale. With each breath you take, you fall deeper and deeper into relaxation. Inhale... And exhale... Inhale… exhale.

    Now using the creative part of your mind, imagine you are standing right before a massive glistening waterfall in the middle of a rainforest. Inhale... And exhale... Inhale...exhale. You stand. simply listening to the sounds the waterfall makes as the water crashes down into the pool below. Above you, the sky begins to release gentle rain. As it falls onto your skin, each drop feels soothingly warm, yet refreshing. You feel the rain droplets fall onto your barely clothed body. Usually, when you have no clothes you feel self-conscious, but here surrounded by nature you feel no judgment.

    Here, in this safety of the forest, you find yourself celebrating your body, for all it does and all its beauty. With every raindrop that lands on you, it deeply relaxes that part of you. The rain isn't that heavy but in no time you find your whole body sinking deeper and deeper into a sweet state of relaxation.

    Notice all the life in the rainforest all around you. You can hear the song of so many different birds on the treetops, and the sounds of all different sorts of animals moving through the forest floor.

    Allow all the different sounds of the rainforest to flow through you, letting their presence relax you even further. You are going deeper and deeper now. Take a deep breath in, filling your lungs with the wonderful refreshing forest air.

    It enters you with ease. You feel great (5- Second pause). Inhale… exhale... Inhale...exhale. You stare back into the lake and marvel at the waterfall in front of you. The glistening water as it splashes into the lake below is drawing you in. You begin to walk over to the lake, your toes meeting the cool water below. Slowly you move deeper, wading through the water with your eyes set on the wonderful waterfall in front of you.

    You're moving through the water, getting closer and closer to the waterfall. As you move closer you begin to notice the rain falling on top of you once again. Allow yourself to completely feel the rain falling on and all around you.

    Notice the wonderful sounds all around you, the gentle splashes as the rain falls into the lake... Simply Listen. Now, focus on your breathing. Notice the ins and outs of your breath. Take a deep breath in for 1. 2. 3. Then slowly exhale for 1. 2. 3... 

    Finally, you arrive at the waterfall... From here, you can see the water splashing at the rocks around it, making them a shiny black, and behind the water is the entrance to a secret cave.

    You climb up onto a rock beside you and enter the cave behind the waterfall. Moving through the waterfall seems to give you a wonderful kind of energy. The water seems to relax you, giving your body a strong sense of relief. A sense of deep relaxation overtakes your entire body, it feels great. Inside the cave is dark but right ahead you see a bright illuminated small box. The cracks in the box emit a golden light, calling you to open it... It feels as if the box is calling you over.

    Slowly, you walk over to the box. deeper into the cave... Although the box is close, now that you're even closer you notice a key already in it tempting you even further to take a look inside.....

    The universe is behind you and your goals, supporting you in all that you do as you move towards them. Gently,
