Ingredients:
2-3 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of butter or cooking oil (for pan greasing)
Instructions:
Crack and Beat the Eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Use a fork or whisk to beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined. You can add a pinch of salt and pepper at this stage for seasoning.
Heat the Pan:
Place a non-stick skillet or frying pan on the stove over medium-low heat. Add the butter or cooking oil and let it melt.
Cook the Eggs:
