    Italian Breakfast Recipes Cookbook - Nom Nom World Publishing

    Frittata

    Ingredients:

    Eggs, six large

    Heavy cream, a quarter cup

    Onion, half - diced cubed

    Mushrooms, half cup - sliced

    Bread, half cup - cut into cubes

    Shredded cheddar cheese, one cup

    Oil, one tablespoon

    Cooked bacon, one cup - cut into small pieces

    Salt and pepper

    Fresh parsley sprigs

    Instructions:

    1  Preheat oven to 400°F.

    2  In the middle of the oven, arrange a rack.

    3  On a 10-inch nonstick skillet, add oil, onions and mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes.

    4  Next, add the cooked bacon pieces and mix well.

    5  Spread them into an even layer add the bread cubes and cheese on top. Distribute evenly.

    6  Whisk together eggs, cream and salt, in a large bowl

    7  Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.

    8  Tilt the pan if needed so that egg mixture can settle evenly over the cheese.

    9  Cook for about 2 minutes until you see the egg mixture at the edges of the pan start to set.

    10  Bake for about 10 minutes.

    11  Remove from oven and garnish with optional parsley.

    12  Serve warm!

    Italian Baked Eggs And Sausage

    Ingredients:

    Eggs, two

    Burrata, one - ripped into 4 pieces

    Baguette, two slices or crusty bread

    Sausage, one cup - finely diced

    Onion, half small - finely diced

    Garlic, two cloves - finely chopped

    Extra virgin olive, one and a half tablespoon

    Marinara or tomato sauce, one cup

    Oregano, one teaspoon

    Fresh basil finely chopped, two tablespoons

    Sea salt, a quarter teaspoon

    Instructions:

    1  Preheat oven to 375°F.

    2  Chop the onion, garlic, and sausage.

    3  For 5-7 minutes sauté with one tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet.

    4  Remove the pan from heat, then add in the oregano and marinara sauce
