About this ebook
According to the World Health Organisation approximately one in five people suffer from hay fever (allergic rhinitis) worldwide and there appears to be no cure for it. There are ways to curb it such as antihistamine tablets and nasal sprays but many of these have unpleasant side effects and many are expensive. The method described in this booklet is not a cure for hay fever but rather a method of curbing imminent hay fever attacks. It also doesn't cost anything and the results can be gratifying. Based on logic, the method is simple and easy to apply, and cannot harm your health in any way.
