A beautiful mind cannot be seen but, others will feel its grace, its presence and the existence of those blossoms in you.  I know this will sound strange but even after; I was raped, many times as a child.  At the hand of the man that I loved and adored. The next tragedy was, the man I saved my virginity for - bashed me many times. After having many miscarriages, being bashed and being in a coma for nine days. I am not grateful for those experiences. However, now I understand why I had to go through those experiences. How those experiences have changed my sixth sense and taught me how to meditate within a heartbeat. How to grow blossoms of unconditional love and all the magically experiences that change how people treat me. Meditation will assist you with: -Anger problems, Fear Aggression, Bullies, Antagonism, Self-pity, Grief, Depression, Insomnia, Additions.

What I did not have at the time - was the skills to turn a bad situation into a good one with unconditional love.  I now know how to do that and love the mind blossoms I have - that bloom most of the time. This book will help get you through the hard times and create blossoms in your mind that will grow and bloom into wonderful happenings. We are all born with internal motivation, and the gift of healing yourself. We simply need to learn how to activate happy thinking patterns.

    Mind Blossoms

We become what we think and what we eat. Mind blossoms are happy thoughts that will be activated, to live a life of being marvelously alive. First, let us clarify a mind blossom and a few great ways to build good mind muscles. Flowers. large and small come from a seed. They usually need to be nurtured. There are many beautiful flowers in the world growing happily in the wild. But they started with a seed or a bulb, or a root system of some kind. A flowering seed grows into plants with magnificent blossoms. Their beauty thrills most folk and brightens their day just by looking at them. Sadly, there are folks that feel sad by viewing flowers. We will talk more about those folks later. For now, let us discuss how to grow beauty in our mind. Folks with a lovely, healthy mind are usually a joy to spend time with.

Plant the right seeds in your mind - right now. Blossom up your thought patterns. Think happy thoughts. Do something right now rather than sit and think about what is upsetting you. To make believe costs nothing, and has numerous rewards because it will take you into a different contented dimension.

Within a heartbeat, your life can change forever. It can change to a disastrous life or to a life of blossoming pathways.

    When disaster hits

When disaster hits, we lose our sense of reason. When disaster hits it is important to allow all the stages of grief to unfold. All the while try to realize it is a passing stage in your life. Nothing ever remains the same, be it something wonderful or something heart wrenchingly difficult. Fix the issues that you can and understand that some problems caused by others may not be solvable by you. You can work on your peace of mind, not the minds of others.

Pay attention to your triggers. Does a certain person always cause you anxiety?

You might assume you can only find peace from within when you’re finally completely free of troubles, but that’s not the case. In fact, it often works the other way around.

Being internally at peace can enhance contentment and happiness, no matter what obstacles you encounter. A relaxed and calm outlook can help you navigate life’s often-turbulent waters more smoothly.

Finding peace of mind is not as challenging as it seems. You can find peace of mind by:

    Accepting what can’t be controlled

    Forgiving yourself and others

Staying focused on the here and now

    Going within

    Journaling your thoughts and emotions

    Connecting to mother earth

Know and trust you were born with the skills to self-heal.

First, you must accept the situation that you are in.  You must be able to reassure yourself that everything in life happens for a reason.  Whatever burden you are facing isn’t accidental. You have to simply look at it as an opportunity for a new beginning, a learning experience. You are still capable of doing great things in life, but you have to accept your past and build on it.  If you can do all of that, you can look forward to these things beginning to happen.

Once you have experienced the power of intention, you will breeze through life and never look back. Know and trust happiness is around the corner awaiting you. Every step of our life teaches us something amazing. Providing we do not allow ourselves to dwell on the painful negative feelings we feel, we cannot change.

The only person you can change is yourself. The only person that can change your situation is yourself. This is not always an immediate possibility, but you can have a plan and work towards that plan.

We all have down days, tough times and sometimes get stuck in a depressed state or a bad temper, we just cannot seem to shake.

For numerous people, this can become an all too familiar existence, a bad habit that is very hard to brake, leading to depression. There is no one instant solution for depression. However, there are many simple practices which you can utilize to alter brain activity and chemistry. Add a daily soup of many vegetables, fish and seaweed must be added to this soup to give us loads of healing minerals. Go to a juice shop and get them to juice you beetroot with ginger. Then at home, add a bit of this juice to your favorite juice for the next three days and repeat this weekly. Healthy food feeds our brain, gratitude activates and will add years of enduring mental stamina and vitality.

We all have certain brain circuits that can cause depression when activated unconsciously. Rewiring our brain takes time, but simple steps can make a big difference.

We can all develop a happy place and be able to go there often. To sit around thinking positive thoughts can also be classed as running from reality. At some point, you actually need to act on those positive thoughts and make things happen.

Then, you have a much better chance of getting positive results or at least, gaining beneficial calming growth patterns from the experience. Thinking happy thoughts is an essential first step to get the positive momentum to move forward.

One study showed that simply having a happy place, or even several happy places to go to. Going to a happy place visually or physically will boost your mood and serve as a catalyst to start your brain on a more positive path.

I want to be very clear here. I’m suggesting that we intentionally direct our thoughts in such ways that our thoughts benefit both our mind and our body. We work through these pages and apply an action plan. Plus an appointed time each day to improve our minds.

Negative emotions trigger the amygdala in the limbic brain to send out a red alert that activates the fight-or-flight stress response. When the nervous system is in fight-or-flight, the body self-repair mechanisms don’t function properly. This causes the body to become predisposed to illness. The unconscious mind - wandering, rumination, musing, projecting, or avoiding which can contribute to depression needs to be switched to happy place thoughts.

One of my happy places is to grab my ukulele and put a YouTube tutorial on and try to learn a song I like. I find it necessary sometimes to forget about housework or an appointment I am supposed to be at. If I have been deeply hurt and I am finding it hard to feel marvelously alive. I need to rewire my brain by going to my happy place. To improve my mood, I meditate and write in a gratitude diary or visualize things I’m thankful for.

My other happy place is to go to my favorite crystal-clear river and float. While floating, I visualize my guardian angel and talk things through with my guardian angel. I often balance my chakras while I am floating.

Find or build your happy place.

To build a manifestation board has proven to be helpful. Also known as a dream board. This visual reminder helps you manifest the things you want by taking action to get them. Whenever you need to decide in your life, your dream board is there to remind you of what matters to you.

Think of it as a nudge in the right direction. Vision boards are like journaling in this way. Every accomplishment begins with the decision to try. It’s because everything that happens once started as nothing. It started as zero. Everything in life requires a first step which leads to inertia and building into a steady momentum. Your dream board becomes your mind blossom.

    Recall Happy Memories

Studies show that thinking about happy times boosts serotonin levels in your brain. Serotonin plays a vital role in regulating emotions and self-reflection by supporting the prefrontal cortex to overcome old panic patterns. Try visualizing a joyful time in detail or even writing it down.

Normally, a person can come up with happy memories or thoughts without any problem, but for a depressed brain, this can be hard to do. Any brain can benefit by having a go-to list of happy memories or things that utilizing memory techniques to recall them within an instant, when needed.

One particular memory practice, called the method of loci technique, has been around since ancient times, is still used by memory champions today, and is particularly successful in helping to form lasting memories. The method of loci relies on a person’s spatial memory by pairing something you want to remember with a physical location with which you are very familiar and positively associated.

For instance, you might think of your home and picture things that make you feel good that you want to recall
