2. Keto Indian Mushroom tea
Cook Time: 10 minutes
KETO INGREDIENTS:
2 finely chopped mushrooms 1 tbsp keto butter
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp ground pepper
PREPARATION:
Add butter to a pan and cook mushrooms in it for 5 minutes.
Add water, black pepper and salt to the pan.
And boil it for 5 minutes.
Serve your Indian keto mushroom tea.

1 medium avocado
Half cup chopped spinach 1 cup keto almond milk.

Half tbsp unsweetened vanilla powder 1 tbsp keto oil
tbsp swerve sugar
PREPARATION:
Add avocado, spinach, keto milk, vanilla powder, swerve sugar and oil in a blender.
Blend it well and make a smoothie.
Serve it with ice cubes.

Put mint leaves in the water and leave it until it’s cold.
Put the water in refrigerator for 2 hours.
While serving tea, add lime juice to it and serve.
