    Walk placidly through the noise and the confusion, thinking about the pleasure of silence.

    Be on good terms with everyone as much as possible without submission.

    Speak the truth confidently and evidently, and pay attention to everyone because even the ordinary and the uneducated have a story to tell.

    Evade characters who are obnoxious and pushy; they are depressing to the spirit.

    Take advantage of your successes and projects.

    Maintain your vocation interesting since it is an asset in changing circumstances.

    Beware in your negotiations because the world is abundant in deception.

    But don't let this blind you to the virtue that exists; many people fight for high ideals, and heroes are everywhere.

    Always be yourself and don't fake feelings you don't have.

    Don't be cynical in love because even in adversity and disillusion, it exists.

    Take the advice of the experience kindly, graciously giving up youthful desires.

    Feed your spirit with strength in sudden misfortune to protect you.

    Don't worry about dark imaginations. Many fears come from tiredness and solitude.

    In addition to a healthy discipline, be gentle and generous with yourself.

    You are a part of the universe, no less than the oceans and the stars.

    The universe unfolds as it should, whether you clearly understand it or not.

    Be in peace with yourself, even in the turbulence and confusion of life, keep the harmony in your soul, whatever your labor and aspirations.

    Even with all of its fakery, exhaustion, and crushed dreams, the world is still beautiful. Be happy. Always effort to be glad.
