About this ebook

If you are experiencing osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia or any other chronic condition, this book is for you. If you feel you can’t do anything because of pain, low energy, and disability, you have come to the right place. I get where you’re coming from. In this book, I discuss quite a few tips and tricks that I learned over the years to create a good life.

I used to think that because I had a chronic condition, I had no choice of how to live. But I realized that I do. In fact, I always have a choice. I can choose to live a life that’s upbeat, inspired, and seeped in self-love or one that’s miserable and frustrating.

I hope to inspire you to live a life that’s great and not just good. I will take you on this journey towards serenity and peace. So, please pull up a chair, grab your favorite drink, and be prepared to be inspired and transformed.
