Additionally this book offers personal practices that engage the Mind, Body, and Spirit to integrate into your life. This book is informed by the author's 15 year journey of healing her own pain paired with her study of Western and Eastern psychology, meditation, yoga, and creative art therapies.
Charlie Birch
Charlie is a life long student of psychology and movement arts, with outstanding academic and work experience in both fields. Currently, Charlie is the author of two blogs and is actively pursuing many community projects that engage and vitalize the local art community. Charlie's over arching goal is to bring the wisdom of the movement arts and psychology communities to a larger audience through diversity/cultural competency consulting, leadership coaching, team building training, and creative process facilitation. Charlie is fascinated by both interpersonal and intrapersonal human relationships and believes that creative embodied experiential work on both of these levels holds the key to vitality, personal & professional success, relational satisfaction, healing, sustainability, and growth.
