    As you concentrate on the sound of my voice, all of your concerns, pressures, strains, and ideas are simply dissipating. You are receptive to all of the potent advice I have to offer. You only need to listen; there is no need to retain anything.

    Just let this experience permeate every aspect of you. And right now, you have the ability to make significant adjustments that will help you accomplish all of your goals. Everything will be simple and painless. The modifications you make here will stick with you when you exit this state and return to the physical world after making them.

    You will continue to experience all of these health-related changes because you want them to be long-lasting and permanent. Only when you want the changes to stay with you can you accept that they will.

    You have confidence in yourself and trust that you can succeed. You have the power to change things and accept that they will stay with you forever.

    Together, we will work on the changes, and you will allow them to deeply affect your subconscious so that they leave a lasting effect on your mind, body, and soul.

    You can already tell that as we go along, there will be a difference in your acts and behavior. And these adjustments will be made every day for your best interests.

    As new cerebral pathways are formed, your brain accepts these alterations. Additionally, any behaviors and events related to the shift will simply make these brain connections stronger.

    You have the ability to modify anything you wish. The switch from smoking to drinking water... and you can now make all of these required adjustments.

    You may give your entire body and mind access to a higher sense of comfort. You are not aware of any outside distractions, and your attention is solely on what I am saying.

    Your mind is now beautifully calm and open to whatever I say to you, and you are currently very relaxed. You agree to these terms because they will enable you to make the necessary adjustments for a happy and healthy existence.

    Because you believe them without passing judgment, these words have tremendous power.

    You'll start to unwind even more and become less receptive to people and situations. You're getting calmer, more at ease, and have more mental clarity every day. You'll maintain your composure and be able to deliberate before responding to anyone or anything.

    You acknowledge that you want to maintain your composure, and hearing every word I say just strengthens that desire. Your physical, mental, and emotional health are all improving and improving every day. Now, you're going to think more clearly and concentrate better. You acknowledge that there is nothing to be concerned about and that you are a being with limitless potential.

    You don't let other people's comments to harm your emotional and mental health. Because you value yourself so highly, you won't let other people's criticism of you impact you. They have no bearing on you.

    You've been holding yourself back for far too long, perhaps due to self-critical thoughts or unfavorable perceptions of the outside world.

    Perhaps you've felt overly controlled in the past, and the unpleasant feelings may have contributed to that. You then overcome those unfavorable sensations and emotions and sever your ties to the past at this time. You are no longer impacted by the past. You feel liberated, powerful, and lighter when you carry out this action.

    You no longer experience the weight of all those previous bad emotions and thoughts. You feel considerably more powerful and lighter. You are approaching the lovely light of tranquility and harmony. You ascend and feel as though you are floating in the air, completely at ease and at peace.

    You then become aware that you are floating in the air and that there are fluffy clouds all around you. Around you and inside of you, you can sense the softness, fluffiness, and lightness. Every area of your body and every element of your being that requires a sense of calm and relaxation are touched by this gentle, light sensation.

    There is a sense of lightness surrounding you and within you, and you can start to develop a strong sense of self-appreciation, confidence, and high self-esteem once more. You are no longer burdened by sorrow or suffering. The world looks to be so light, and you are liberated.

    You let your inner power and self-assurance to bloom, and you can feel it all around you. You genuinely acknowledge that you are the one who merits happiness and self-assurance. It is also excellent to value the adjustments you have made and intend to make for your own benefit.

    You become conscious of every adjustment linked to your health that you know you can make and that you want to make. The modifications that are best for you are these. You can accept yourself as a content and resilient person thanks to these changes.

    You have taken charge of your life and body, and you are entirely in control. You now feel refreshed as a result of the adjustments you have made and are prepared to make. As that occurs, you become aware that you are moving toward your future.

    The future you are building for yourself—the one that will reveal you as a transformed individual for your benefit.

    You have incredible talents and skills that you have spent years honing. And the fact that you have confidence in yourself made it all possible. You evolved from a beginner to an expert. You improved and modified your skill set. All of this was made possible through your innovative thinking and spirit.

    You have confidence in yourself. You adore who you are and what you are capable of. You had the impression that your improvements had been successful. Since the moment you entered this world, whether consciously or unconsciously, you have been changing. Any habit may be altered with the same conviction. Your mentality is modifiable.

    Additionally, you have already stopped smoking by listening to me, so I know you can accomplish it.

    Quit Smoking Confidence

    Let's assume you are aware of all the detrimental impacts of smoking, including how it impairs your ability to breathe. You may have noticed that smoking made it tougher for you to breathe; perhaps it was an effort.

    It might have resulted in throat irritation, which made you cough while conversing with someone at work, in office meetings, or even at home. The strain of coughing and the lungs' exposure to smoky and gray air may have done quite a bit of internal damage, which is perhaps not yet apparent on the outside.

    Additionally, I'm sure you are aware of individuals who passed away from mouth or lungs cancer. What must have happened to their families, do you know?

    Consider what will happen to your family and how your absence would be felt.

    (Pause)

    And if you keep smoking the cigarettes, you are merely fantasizing what might happen. But if you give up smoking today, you may alter everything and create a wonderful future in which you lead a happy and healthy life. A lovely family, career, and social life.

    You'll be able to thoroughly repair your body from the inside out while also breathing clean, fresh air and looking fantastic.

    And when you quit smoking RIGHT NOW, all of this is attainable.

    You'll have a clean, healthy body and be able to live freely.

    Additionally, since your previous cigarette, you have not smoked. Additionally, the body has already begun to repair, and you can keep doing it to keep your body healing.

    Every time you consider a cigarette, you solely consider the harm it has caused to your body and what it would do going forward if you decide to keep smoking.
