About this ebook

Julia never intended to cheat on her husband, Max, but when the chance came the petite redhead's way, she found confessing her indiscretions had its own advantages. It might not have been the conventional way to spice up their marriage, but it worked.

Staying over at a hotel for a work conference, Julia decides to get dressed up for dinner and have a bit of fun. After an hour in the bar, dinner is the last thing on her mind.

Bridy McAvoy

My name is Bridy, and I live in upstate New York. I’ve written for as long as I can remember, which is thanks to my parents for teaching me to read and write before I went to school. I’ve been fascinated by erotic tales all my adult life, my husband thinks they’re silly but indulges me. I won’t tell you how old I am because a lady never gives away her age. My other interest is photography, but writing will always be my first love, other than my husband of course.

    Julia's Hotel - Bridy McAvoy

    Dedication

To everyone who helped me write this. Especially my husband who encouraged me to explore my fantasies in print.

    Julia’s Hotel

Julia snuggled under the crook of Max’s arm. Her naked breast pressed against his equally sweat-stained side. Tilting her head back to look at him, she planted a soft kiss on the tip of his nose, making him chuckle.

Both rested for a few minutes, letting their breathing return to normal, the disordered bedding ample evidence of their recent activity.

He chuckled, looking down into her face. It’s going to feel strange tomorrow.

What is? Her smile was bright. She had a pretty good idea what he was going to say.

Me taking you to the airport instead of the other way around.

She sighed, allowing the smile to fade. I know.

What’s worrying you, honey? I know you’re a good flier. He’d picked up on her unease.

    It’s just...well...

    Come on, out with it.

Well, after what happened four weeks ago.

Hey, I thought you’d forgiven me for getting you into that predicament.

Yeah, I did, but my butt was sore for four days.

    And...?

I’m going to be staying in the same hotel as Simon for two nights.

You think, after getting a piece of your ass in the conference room, he’ll be wanting more on this trip.

She stuck her tongue out at him and slapped his arm as he moved to defend his naked torso.

    Piece of ass, indeed.

Look. That was my fault, getting you to dress too sexy for work. But you did enjoy it.

    Not the after-effects.

And you’re worried he’ll expect you to share his bed as a result?

    What if I don’t have a choice?

What do you mean no choice?

What if he’s just booked one room...or a suite with only one bedroom?

Max smiled and, leaning down, kissed the top of her head. I don’t think your boss would be as crass as that. Simon might have taken you by surprise that day, but he wouldn’t rent a single room. He fell silent for a moment, then pulled her tighter against him. Listen, honey. Simple answer. Ring his secretary...what’s her name, Andrea? Ring her in the morning and ask if she can confirm room numbers for you. Simple.

She lifted herself up onto one elbow, and he rolled over onto his back. Glancing down the length of his body, she could see he was starting to stir.

Why didn’t I think of that?

    Because I did. Now...

    No. Shower first.

    Together?

She knew her husband well enough to know what would happen in the shower. As his arm curled around her side, his hand sliding toward the curve of her breast as he pulled her toward him, Julia smiled. Sure. Why not, big boy.

    * * * *

    Hi, Andy.

Oh, hi, Julia. All set for the trip?

    Yep. Just a quick question.

Andrea chuckled at the other end of the connection. Let me guess. You want to know room numbers.

    How did you...?

"Simon’s no fool. This is a business trip. He doesn't usually take a female staff member with him. His booking instructions were
