Key Stoic Principles
1. EMBRACE THE Dichotomy of Control: You have control over how you respond to a challenging test, but you can't control how your teacher grades it. Instead of stressing over the grade, focus on putting in your best effort and learning from the experience.
Understand and Manage Your Emotions: When you receive criticism from a friend, take a moment to understand your emotions. Instead of getting defensive or lashing out, practice empathy and try to see things from their perspective. Respond with understanding and open communication.
Practice Virtue and Moral Excellence: If you witness someone being bullied or mistreated, stand up for what's right and intervene. Show courage and stand up against injustice, even if it's not the popular choice. By acting according to your values, you demonstrate moral excellence.

Practice mindfulness by setting aside dedicated time to be present without any distractions. Engage fully in activities you enjoy, whether it's playing a sport, reading a book, or spending time with friends.
Cultivate Kindness and Empathy: When you see someone sitting alone at lunch or struggling with their schoolwork, extend a helping hand. Show kindness by being inclusive and offering support. Empathize with others by putting yourself in their shoes and offering understanding and support when
