He was awarded as being one of the Top 40 Under 40 Business Professionals as well as being part of the Supplement Expert Panel. Matt graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business back in 2005 but has been on a mission to make America healthy way before that. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified personal trainer, certified sports nutritionist, and is the owner of Weik Fitness, LLC. INTRODUCTION
Everyone wants to be successful. There’s something about reaching your goals that gives you the feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment. Yet, not everyone knows what it takes to catapult your life and career to the next level. In order to bypass many of the mistakes people make throughout their life, while trying to figure out their path to success, I’ve found 20 C’s that will speed up the process when implemented.
Take these strategies and implement them into your own life. They can help move you along through life and your career and can help you reach your goals.
1. CREATE VALUE
Value is simply adding something of importance or that is beneficial to another individual. When you create value, you generally solve a problem or enlighten someone on a subject that they were intrigued about. When this happens, people will tend to look to you for answers – as if you were an expert in the field or subject. Creating value separates you from everyone else out there who wants something from or out of you. When you give and give and give, without asking for anything in return, you will find people are more willing to entertain your ask when the time comes.
2. CLARITY
You need to be crystal clear on your vision. Where do
