Peaceful and tranquil living can look a little different for everyone! However, there are some common characteristics that tend to happen most often between different folks living their best, most peaceful lives.

A peaceful and tranquil life is characterized by being present in the moment and practicing mindfulness. Mindfulness helps you to focus on the present by encouraging you to let go of the past and stop worrying about the future by keeping yourself engaged with the present moment.

Accepting yourself and others as they are is essential to living a peaceful life. When you accept things that cannot be changed, you can let go of negative emotions and embrace peace. While life would be grand if everyone could exercise 100% complete control over their lives, this is simply not how life works.
