    CONFIDENCE

I acknowledge my emotions as transient aspects of who I am.

I adore each and every one of my feelings.

I am appreciative of each event.

I have a lot to be thankful for in my life.

I can overcome all challenges in life because of my confidence.

My self-assurance depends only on myself.

Nothing in this world can make me lose faith in myself.

Nothing in this world can make me doubt my self-worth.

I can easily increase my sense of worth.

I am the source of my own sense of worth.

My own thinking is where I nurture my sense of self-worth.

Through insight, I nurture my sense of self.

Self-reflection helps me build my self-esteem.

I feel wholly whole and finished.

The gift of solitude is one I accept.

Never do I evaluate myself against others.

I am aware that comparing things is pointless.

I always look for things that people and I share in common.

I can quickly identify traits that I share with people I respect.

I resemble many of the self-assured role models I admire.

I feel wholly whole and complete inside of myself.

I understand that finding acceptance comes from within, therefore I stop looking for it outside of myself.

I look for any chance to affirm myself.

My existence is made more bearable by the fact that I am a black woman.

In my life, having a black female identity gives me confidence.

Every day, I feel more at ease using the word no.

I am always conscious of my inherent worth.

I conduct myself in accordance with my inherent worth as a person.

I behave in a way that honors the value I have as a woman.

I behave in a way that honors the innate worth I have as a black woman.

I feel comfortable with my feelings.

I have no fear of whatever emotion I experience.

I have no fear of any thought that comes to me.

I firmly believe that every day of my life should be filled with enjoyment.

Anything that comes my way, I feel confident I can handle.

I prefer not to give in to my low self-esteem because it is simply a sensation.

I make the conscious decision to refrain from engaging in negative self-talk.

I decide not to take part in conversations that make me feel insecure.

I refrain from seeing media that might degrade my self-worth.

I consciously avoid reading material that doesn't boost my confidence.

I'm conscious that my thoughts have just as much power as the things I put into my body.

I always have food for mental health on the menu.

When it comes to avoiding toxic social media, I am amazingly in control.

I don't allow media trends to undermine my sense of self.

Every day, I remind myself of my principles to help me stay grounded.

My confidence is unshakeable because it comes from a very deep place.

    I consistently wager on myself.

Any skepticism I may have regarding my talents I cast aside.

I cast off whatever skepticism I may have regarding my abilities.

I experiment and don't stress about being excellent at it.

I'm able to try new things whenever I want because to my modest confidence.

I don't shy away from attempting new things because I enjoy learning.

I have no concerns about acting foolishly in front of people.

I have the ability to be both confident and witty.

    Being fun is beneficial.

I have a lot of fun.

I am confident, so I don't mind being silly and playful.

    Playfulness encourages creativity in me.

My confidence grows when I'm open.

My confidence grows as a result of my vulnerability.

I am quite honest with myself.

I speak the truth to myself.

I don't fear what I know to be true about myself.

I don't mind when people tell me the truth.

I am aware that genuine confidence results from objectively observing events as they actually are.

I am aware that being judgmental prevents me from experiencing life as it really is.

I let go of my self-criticism so that I can truly see who I am.

I let go of any self-criticism so that I can see myself truly.

I put aside my opinions of other people so that I can see them honestly.

I let go of my preconceived notions about other people so that I can truly perceive them.

A great deal of confidence is coming from within me.

A great deal of peace is emanating from within me.

    I feel confident.

I can support myself by myself.

I am self-reliant and I know when to seek assistance.

I am able to work well with others while remaining independent.

I am aware that I already have all I require.

The level of confidence within is unbounded.

The amount of peace within is limitless.

The amount of inventiveness within has no boundaries.

I have a lot of strength.

I acknowledge the inherent authority I possess.

I awaken the strength that has always been there.

I give myself the emotional support I require.

I provide myself the psychological assistance I require.

I am able to pinpoint the circumstances in my life where I can put my natural confidence to use.

I am able to recognize the circumstances in my life where it is appropriate to put my inner strength into practice.

I am grateful for each and every circumstance that has shaped who I am today.

I've arrived at this point of true understanding as a result of all that has happened to me.

Every experience in my life has helped me gain wisdom.

I am overflowing with wisdom, which is a priceless resource.

I am not beholden to anyone, and I express my freedom in both my acts and my speech.

I continually cultivate the attributes of self-assurance, focus, and wisdom.

I make the conscious decision to value every side of the complex woman I am.

Being humble is a source of power.

Elegance comes from a place of humility.

Because I am humble, things come naturally to me.

    I have a determined mindset.

    I am naturally confident.

Every morning when I get out of bed, I feel confident.

Every morning when I wake up, I feel very happy.

Every morning when I get up, I feel optimistic.

I have the resources I need to tend to the areas of myself that require healing.

I pay particular attention to the areas of myself that require it.

I am incredibly compassionate toward the undeveloped elements of myself.

Everything always works out for the best for me.

I can identify examples of my confidence in my own behavior.

    My self-talk demonstrates my confidence.

    My speech demonstrates my confidence.

    I deserve to be honored.

I picture myself going into every circumstance with assurance.

I behave with confidence when I feel it is safe to do so.
